Rolando Community Leader Doris Perry Passes

Dear Rolando neighbors,

We are all saddened by the sudden passing of Doris Perry, who has been the heart and soul of the Rolando Community Council for so many years.  Out of respect for her family and many friends in Rolando, we will not be holding the upcoming meeting of the Rolando Community Council scheduled for this Tuesday, September 16th.

In lieu of flowers, Doris’ family has asked that those who wish to contribute consider making a donation to The Disabled Services Advisory Council of the San Diego City Park and Recreation Department (619) 525-8247 or to the Kroc Center Theater Scholarship Program (619) 287-5762.  Arrangements are pending, and we will share information with you as soon as it is available.
